In the wake of making nutty spread a day or two ago, my young men needed a smoothie with their lunch. I hurled a portion of the nutty spread in alongside different fixings. The nutty spread had a greater effect than I anticipated. It was more extravagant and thicker than our typical smoothies. With extra solidified natural products, this would effectively change over to a "frozen yogurt" smoothie.
Fixings
2 mugs milk
1 solidified banana
1 glass solidified fruits
2-3 major tablespoons of nutty spread I utilized custom made, however locally acquired is fine
Guidelines
Layer all fixings into the blender in the request recorded. Puree until smooth. Appreciate!
